Life SAVERS: no this is not the candy, wake up one hour before your normal time and spend 10 min in each letter. Need help getting up, Hal has great advice in his book on not hitting the snooze alarm and customizing your Miracle Morning, but here is an example of my morning ritual:
Silence: Get Quiet. Block out the chatter through Meditation, Prayer, or Focused breathing.

Affirmations: Tell yourself encouraging words to achieve goals, overcome fears, and feel happy.
You can use the ones from the MM website, but I use a terrific App Prompter, or you could create your own:
MM Website: you must sign up to get the free bonuses and the first two chapters of his book (I highly recommend you buy the book)
Prompter: this was developed by Exit Realty for their agents, but later released to the public for free. Follow the directions in the app. I also add 3 personal ones I need to work on.
Visualization: Imagine yourself doing each thing you need to do for the day, month, and year and imagine what it feels like to succeed.

Exercise: Go for a walk or a jog. Getting moving allows blood and oxygen to flow to the brain. Study finds 10 minutes of Exercise is all that you need.
There are so many free resources for 10 minutes of exercise or you can go for a walk with your dog or kids. Below are some great free ones I use:
Reading: Fill your brain with positive thoughts and ideas to improve yourself.
Whether you are reading self-help books, learning about the stock market, or learning a new skill. It’s all about better yourself:
If you have an Amazon Prime account take advantage of Kindle which has tons of free books including Miracle morning or you can use Audible if you really don’t like reading.
If you want the actual books become a member of Barnes and Nobel Membership for great offers.
Scribing: Write a journal to process your thoughts and reflect on what you’ve achieved.
There is a free journal in the MM Website that can you started
You can keep a gratitude journal
You can start a blog about life, about your travels, about your kids, whatever you feel like writing. If you want to publish it use Blogger.
Customize and make it your own!!! That is how to be successful with Miracle morning.
